Heated Units
KJ Storage is proud to offer a number of units with in-floor heat to keep off the chill during the Saskatchewan winter months. If you’re worried about putting important items into storage and how they might be affected by the cold, our two largest unit sizes have in-floor heat.
24-hour Access
Tenants can access the facility 24/7 with their gate code, allowing convenience in choosing when to visit their unit.
Hands-Free Access to Property
Using the Storage Genie mobile app, tenants can securely access our facility with their mobile phone, and even set it up so the gate opens as they approach the keypad while keeping phone in purse or pocket! With Storage Genie, tenants can also make payments, contact the facility, and see their visit history.
Self-Service Kiosk
Conveniently located at the entrance to our facility on the south side of the property, our kiosk is always open and allows you to rent a unit of your choosing and move in straight away. Live video help is available, if needed. Alternatively, you can rent a unit through our website.
Secure
Our facility is fully fenced, gated, and equipped with security cameras.
Paved & Drive-up Access
The property is fully paved, and there is drive-up access to each unit.
Various Unit Sizes
We offer 5'x10', 10'x10', 10'x20' (some heated), and 12'x26' (all heated). All heated units have in-floor heat and 12-foot ceilings.
